MEET HEATHER THOMPSON
My name is Heather Thompson, and I’m a life coach. That’s quite an overused title these days, isn’t it?
Here’s the thing, though: it’s my truth. Frankly, it’s one of the main reasons why I permanently walked away from Corporate America: to allow my talent, passion, and training to align in service to amazing clients worldwide.
I know how it feels when you’re overflowing with ideas, hopes, and unspoken plans – plans for your dream career, family, and/or the overall person you want to become. I also know how it feels to force those dreams into the back of your mind because reality beats out imagination – or so we’re told. But, you don’t really believe that. And neither do I. I believe that true empowerment comes from understanding who you are, what you have to offer, and discovering a way to bring it to your environment.
However, that level of understanding comes with knowing the hurts, fears, and even the self-sabotage that surface when you say “I want more” and you refuse to settle.
That level of understanding comes with a price. It demands that you address the old hurts and new fears that surface when your whisper of “I want more” becomes a scream. If it goes ignored, that’s when the professional and personal success you’ve sacrificed to build is threatened or, worse, lost. My goal is to keep clients from reaching that point.
You already know what it feels like to be a “boss”. You understand how to lead a company and/or household, how to command attention, and how to even appear flawless while doing so. But, you also want more peace. You need simple, daily habits that yield great results. You need to get reacquainted with the individual you are outside of all the hats you wear, and to show up in the world authentically as her. The hardest part is that you might not know how to say so.
This is where and why I come in: to help you identify what you need most and developing the strategic plan to reach for it. Achieving wholeness isn’t hype or a myth; it’s an essential life goal. It would be my honor to assist you in getting there.
